### HealL Colon Hydro Session

- Duration: 45 minutes
- Price: 1 session: $50
- Standard colon hydrotherapy session.

### HealL Colon Hydro Deep Cleanse

- Duration: 60 minutes
- Price: 1 session: $60; 4 sessions ($54 each): $216 (Best to do 1 session per week)
- Great for sluggish bowels, slow metabolism, and virus, parasite, and candida support. Includes post-probiotic drink.

### Saliva & Stool Analysis w/ Deep Cleanse

- Duration: Session + 45 min consultation
- Price: 1 session w/ analysis: $135; 4 sessions w/ analysis: $290
- We collect samples during your hydro session. Microscopic review with emphasis on saliva and mucus, plus a 45-minute consultation to discuss analysis and recommended protocol.

Deep Cleanse includes the in-office Post-Probiotic Drink: Slippery Elm Bark, Lactobacillus fermentum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bacillus clausii. It is prepared after the session — not sold as a shipped product.

Online Vagaro menus currently show Deep Cleanse at both locations, stool & saliva consult in Maryland, and gut health consultation in Delaware. Standard $50 sessions, 4-packs, and full analysis bundles may need a call if they are not listed on Vagaro.

# HealL Hydro Preparation

## Before your session

- 12–24 hours before (recommended): Avoid alcohol, pasta, potatoes, rice, beans, bread, cookies, cakes, etc.
- 3–4 hours before session (8 hours for analysis): Dry fast: no foods, no fluids; Sip hot herbal tea (no caffeine); Sip water only if necessary

## After your session

- Drink 64–96 oz of water (add lemon, lime, cucumber, or mint if you like)
- Eat high water-content fruits: peaches, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, strawberries, pineapple
- Give your digestive system a break
- Resume regular eating 8–12 hours after your session

# Privacy

HealL stores name, email, phone, assessment answers, and chat callback requests so the office can follow up. That data is not sold. Lead notices go to the HealL office email. Vagaro has its own privacy terms for booking and payment.
